Just Wanted to Say Thanks for the CheeseQuake!

Hey Sub,
Just wanted to thank you for making the CheeseQuake! I have ran your Querkle, SpaceDawg, Apollo 13, and Vortex. I got rid of the Querkle, she did not yield enough and was not that potent IMO. SpaceDawg is still around, and so are the Apollo and Vortex. But I have to be honest, I just harvested 2 CheeseQuakes 6 days ago. I have 8 other strains as well, but honestly, the CheeseQuake BLOWS ALL of my other strains away in terms of Stank! Dude that strain smells sooo good! Smelled good in Veg, but it really shines in Flower! I cannot wait til it cures, going into jars today. The smell has barely faded since chopping, which is awesome.

Anyhow, thanks again for the CheeseQuake....I found a keeper for sure! My Vortex however, is light sensitive....I know you dont believe me.....but it is. I am going to run the Vortex again...but if it continues to react the same, sorry she must go. Going by looks and smell, CheeseQuake dominates all of my other strains!!!! I love the buzz as well, but that strain has some major bag appeal!

The funny part of this is I agree with you about Cheese Quake its a very enjoyable strain amazing smell and taste and what a cool upbeat high. The strange part is it actually test quite low for Total Cannabinoids at around 9% THC.

Your making judgments about Vortex based on one pheno I have grown hundreds and its NOt light sensitive in fact as a Line it is quite the lumen hoggett :)

Most importantly sounds like your are happy and thats what counts...

What exactly do you mean by light sensitive? (I really don't know.)

Any more test results incoming sub? I'd love to see some for Plushberry, Kaboom, JC2 and your newer line of strains.

I am not making assumptions, the pheno that I have is light sensative for sure. My Vortex gets pale and droopy under the same lighting as all my of other plants. I had 2 perfectly grown plants from clone freak out from going from veg to HPS lighting, and even in Veg it does not like a ton of light. The mother plant yielded really good, but I actually like the Apollo better. I have plenty of Vortex seeds left, and I am not pissed...but I cannot have a pheno that is a pussy compared to all of my other strains.

I agree that CheeseQuake is not off the charts on the stoney side, but rather a happy-go-lucky buzz. My pheno stinks sooooo good, and yields better than my Querkle did. Looks and smell are amazing! FWIW, I have a pack of seeds for every strain you have....except Jilly Bean and PlushBerry. So far looks and smell wise CheeseQuake is the best. I have only tried it a couple of times because I want it to cure, but I like it a lot. I cannot believe it is only 9% THC, mine seems stronger than that! My Querkle was not as strong IMO, and even you yourself said it was better than both Cheese and Querkle. What is your opinion? Thanks again!

Jilly was actually mad it tested so low but it led to my article about terpine profiles I will post it up once its published.
Potency is a raw data and there is just so many other factors when it comes to what we like or what works for our heads

From Steep Hill and I grew the sample
THC% 9.11 CBD .39 CBN .41

We smoked our Cheese Quake Flowers very fast down to the last crumb!

PS I hope you didnt think I was saying your wrong about your Vortex there is always the chance of a bad one in the bunch brother but the line is strong so next time I think you will get a good girl :)

Try the searchable Data base at
Fullspectrumlabs :)

About 70% of our gear is posted there some with multiple entries is really cool.

Your idea is a good one just not alot of time or I would have already added them all to the TGA website.

I will update here soon

It's all good Sub, I have more Vortex seeds in the Vault. I will be trying to flip another Vortex clone in a week or so from the same mother. I have multiple set ups, so I will just put her in the lower lighting side for now. Everyone liked the Vortex from my first batch, and it yielded really well....but the CheeseQuake tastes and smells much nicer. Thanks again! Not sure what strain to start next...any suggestions Sub? Have done Querkle, SpaceDawg, Apollo, Vortex and CheeseQuake so far. Have all your strains but JillyBean and PlushBerry to start.

I have to say thank you as well. I have tried the Vortex and some Querkle from some of the local clubs here in MI and thought it was decent and had potential. That may have sounded like a lame compliment but it was not meant to be. The point I was trying to make is that the buds had BEAUTIFUL structure and smell. The buzz was very enjoyable. I felt it had potential as in grown with quality instead of quantity in mind and storage of the meds. The potential I saw made me anxious to try your gear myself. I scooped up a five pack of Cheesequake for my trial run. I got two females and they both ROCK!!! Your descriptions are dead on. I didn't really know how to imagine a grape cheese danish in a flavor for cannabis but once I tried it I knew what you meant. Out of all the gear on that order, out of three very reputable seed companies, this stuff is my favorite. Sorry for the long deep ass kiss, I am just fully medicated with her right now and it is fueling my comment. Thanks again and I cant wait to try more of your gear. Peace.

Just so you know its post like these that drive our efforts.
I took quite a bit of heat for axing Black Dahlia so fast but when I get a comment like :Out of all the gear on that order, out of three very reputable seed companies, this stuff is my favorite. I know were on the right track.

I have to agree with lampworker. I got rid of my Querkle, it was good..but did not yield enough for me and I ran it for a year. I have Vortex, and it is good...but EVERYONE who has tried my CheeseQuake absolutely loves it! Out of all of my strains, she Smells the best by FAR...and gets me and everyone else really baked. I am so surprised the THC level is that low Sub, seriously it is a really good buzz! My pheno does not stretch much, but yields way better than my Querkle. I am keeping this girl around for a very long time. I still have Vortex, Apollo 13, and SpaceDawg around....but this is my last run of the SpaceDawg. I have to rotate her out, and start something new...any Suggestions? I have most of your seeds, but not Plush Berry or Jilly Bean for sure. Thanks again, everyone loves the CheeseQuake over Vortex, Apollo, Space Dawg and Querkle.

I couldn't agree more. Since my last post the cure has progressed that much more and I couldn't be more pleased. When I crack that jar it smells like what I imagine Willie Wonka's factory smells like. People in the next room say "Damn!". The buzz is what I am looking for to medicate with for most of the day. I Have really enjoyed the creativity it instills in my glass work as well. I get really high but with out the lethargic/narcotic buzz of my Sensi Star. Oh and the first clone run is blowing up hard. Real hard. I have a pair of the same pheno type next to each other in two different containers. One in a ten gallon pot and one in a five gallon smart pot. Both look great but the one in the ten gallon pot has the fattest flower sets in the whole room. I am beyond excited to try this batch. One of our patients told me it might be his favorite herb to smoke ever. Surely in contention for the top spot. Thanks again for filling a much needed niche in my stable. Peace

The Cheesequake is OUTSTANDING! :clap:I really liked the seed run but I knew I would love the clone run following it and I was right. My seedling and test room utilizes a linear mover to cover more space with the two 1000 watt lights it carries. I do this to show me what a seedling will do under less than fully optimal lighting. I was impressed with how hard and dense the nugs got under partial light. My other spaces all utilize stationary 1000 watt lights and wow did the Cheesequake like that. I also used 5 gallon buckets on the seedling run and on the clone run I tried them in 5 gallon Smartpots and 10 gallon wide nursery pots. On the seedling run I pulled two solid ounces off each of the two plants. On the clone run both phenos gave four ounces from a 5 gallon Smartpots and nearly six ounces from the 10 gallon pot. They did that without knowing the growth pattern for sure. Now that I know how they react to training and topping I know I can surpass that. The nugs a rock solid, I mean ROCK solid and smell and taste so scrumptious. My girlfriend who has been consuming bubble hash and bho only for months now started smoking joints with me again because of this strain! The only strain I have out of about a dozen with more trichomes is Sensi Star, which if you have something with more bling than that, let me know what it is. I couldn't be happier with my purchase. I ordered another pack of Chernobyl since the few singles I got last time where males. I cant wait until I get to try those. Thanks again Subcool and Mz. Jill and all the folks you work with to create strains like this one. A true keeper. :weed:
