Just got my leaves. I think I want to store until I am ready to make extraction.

Hi.

I will soon be making an extraction with newly acquired leaves.

I have a good sized bag full. There appears to be brown speckles on the leaves... Do I need to dry them out quickly and freeze or fridge store them?

I don't want to make the extraction yet, as I am not sure how I want to do it..

Can someone please let me know asap what they think I should do with the leaves??
I don't want to waste them.

I was going to store them in a brown paper bag in a cool dark place until I was ready to extract but I'm not too sure about this brown speckles on the leaves... It doesn't look too serious.?

where did you get them? and do you have a picture of the "brown speckles" on the leaves?

A friend literally cut them 2 hours before I put this post up and gave them to me...

The majority feel and look good, but some are like this... there's still a nice weight to the bag tho..

People are going to hate on me for this.

Take all your crap, cookie sheet, paper bag...whatever. Bake your weed in the oven at 140F until it's really dry.
Put it in an air tight container, stick it in the freezer until you're ready to make an extract.

That's what I do, and it works.
