As far as the bill goes. All bills kinda suck. Legal good, tax good. The one that gets me is that a lot of field sobriety test will be going on.... not sure how i feel about that one. I'm pretty sure I could pass one high. I wonder how many people will get charged just because they fail their sobriety test.
It does seem like it is set up to breed new stains of lawyers.
I don't think it will effect me much if any at all.

It's a blood test, not a field sobriety test. They draw your blood, on the spot, and if you're over 5 nanograms you get to experience all the fun that goes along with receiving a DUID. Jail, fines, loss of driving privilege at the very least. How do you figure they won't be giving blood tests? How else would they determine if you were over 5 nanograms? There is no other way. Just because you don't want to believe it doesn't make it not true. This was all about to happen in CO before a last minute miracle got the DUID portion removed from the CO bill that passed that was similar to 502. So it's not far fetched. They don't have to draw a vile. A lancet type blood test could be used and cops could be easily trained and empowered to do such. Seriously, how else would they be able to test you? A cop, or an EMT will come out and give you a test on the spot or in jail if you refuse, just like alcohol. Common sense.

the new law gives cops the rigth to arrest you if your car smells like weed, and 5ng is how much POT is in your system after days(for the lowest bodyfat individuals), those with high body fat percentagesw could have that reading for a month

Why would lazy stoners actualy read the bill? They hear that weed is going to be "legal" and they jump right on board with it! LOL I don't understand why people don't just get their med card up here! It is easy and it cost between 100-200 bucks and you can grow up to 15 plants. I don't see anyone using 15 plants for one person. if you do a perpetual grow that would alow you to harvest 5 plants a month with a veg time of one month. If you know what you are doing you can get 2 oz's per plant easy! That is 10 oz's a month or 10 grams a day! That is either a very heavy smoker or someone that just can't get good meds! 502 isn't going to let you grow 15 plants! It's just going to let you buy crap weed from the state! No worries though I got my med card and I'm also a provider so my limit is 30 plants. If people want to buy from the state I don't care it wont fuck with me at all!

eeeehhhhhhhhhhh(insert loud buzzer sound) wrong this initiative in no way effects medical patients except it will allow more places they can buy there meds, in fact as we will see if it gets voted on just like most stores in the country you can get tax exemptions, which will make med patients quit bitching about paying taxes if they were to purchase at the stores which seems to be the biggest bitch about the initiative ive heard so far

I love seeing the dirty stoners in front of WalMart asking to sighn I-502 they look like flower children from the 70's. I always thought they were against "The Man" LOL now they want the man controling weed? No worries Samwell I doubt it will pass most ignorant stoners that like this bill are to lazy to get out and vote anyway so hopefully it wont pass. I will vote and keep on growing!
