He has a big enough operation that I'm sure he has people handling social media duties for him - I think you are reading way too much into it. He'd be in his late 50s or early 60s now, probably has no time or desire to deal with people on social media platforms - you probably saw posts by an overzealous 20-something person running his accounts for him.
Or he sold the business to overzealous 20 year olds.

What strains did you get? I've got a few lucky13s just starting some Romulan from them.
Why does Coastal Mary and Lucky13s graphics look the same?

Yeah its a reproduction with a different grapefruit and his 1985 skunk#1 IBL, it is an F1 so there is a pheno hunt with this strain
Is this pheno hunt primarily indoors in 2022 though? In tents, with a fake sun and exhaust fan...nothing like the sub-tropical climates the original adapted to being grown guerilla style outdoors on the islands of the Pacific coast in Canada.

You just cast so much shade on Lucky 13 that I will never grow their gear. Go start your own thread and trash JOTI there to promote your seeds. JOTI's gear may be shit right now but this little play for his customers is ssssssssshady and suspect as fuck.

As unhappy as I am to have gotten so many males, I do have one female that's day 55 flower today, she'll be done in a week or so. Would likely be done now under better conditions. Nice purple leaves and calyxs mixed in with the greens.

I have another that I'm revegging. She's suffering from nitrogen deficiency. First time running gaia green and following the directions wasn't enough nitrogen or she's just that rootbound.
She does however have a pungent sweet blueberry scent that outdoes all the others. No purples, just green so far. But is perfect blueberry terps.

Keepers can be found in Jordan's stuff.

will see how my afghani goes. i bought in the fall shipping to kitchener ontario, one month later no seeds, contacted them, said the order had been forgotten about, got my seeds a few weeks later, but they were all super tiny and prematureish, while the free seeds looked good. they sent me some new ones which look ok. the whole ordeal took two months but i got some crush stickers

then went to mister nice auctions in eu and got a gang of seeds for less than $2 cdn each after shipping and a dope t-shirt, compared to any breeder in canada which charge over $6 cdn a seed after shipping...

My blueberry are coming nice, I have 3 confirmed females 1 male and 1 suspected female. They all have a nice fruity berry hash smell that is getting stronger and starting to get some frost on leaves.

Very happy with them so far, going to run more joti next too. Have some deep purple, God grand double purple, and the freebie romulan × oz kush cake, excited to run them all honestly.

I wanna get some purple kush, blueberry muffin, and some of the blue crush crosses. The hashberry I ran before and loved it, would like to run it again it was nice.

You were way luckier than me. You described my keeper. The mutant is a great plant but lacks the terps of the one I want kept. She's putting trichs out everywhere and absolutely reeks of blueberry goodness. Her trichs seem much more oily as well. The others, if you touch the plant at all, they're sticky. The keeper goes from oily to sticky.

That sounds alot like mine! I found they were a little variable at seedling stage, but all grew very similar except the male is a little more sativa leaning.

I've only grown a off brand blueberry auto I got for free before for blueberry strains, so I've been pleasantly surprised by these plants so far. I'll save the rest of my pack for now, it seems to be a lucky one!

I don't seem to be very lucky in most things, but when it comes to cannabis seeds I seem to get lucky pretty often haha

One of the two had a darker blue green to her. As for smell, it's still a bit faint on one, and a bit stronger on the greener one where it's definitely blueberry. And those short stigmas. I've seen that before but I won't say here where. When will I ever have the time to do a pheno hunt in these beans?

Harvest day! Took down my 2x Black Do-Lato (front 2 plants) and 1x Wedding Cake Crush (back right). Day 69 of flower (nice).

PXL_20220315_180012249.jpg

Black dolato #1 - was really excited for this one, kind of underwhelming on the finish. Mild odor, less bulky, very resinous.PXL_20220315_180041555.jpg

Black Dolato #2 - Nice finish on this one, beautiful purples showed up late flower, decent size to the nugs and decent frost. Looks like it'll be the highest yielded out of the tent. Also mild odor on this one.
PXL_20220315_180018499.jpg

Wedding Cake Crush - Short, Stubby but packed with frost and beautiful purples on the leaves and buds. Stronger odor on this one, more gassy than cake. 2nd pic is an attempt to show the amount of frost on the entire cola, lowers look amazing as well.

Bonus picture of my self-bred CBD (Candida-1 x Pink Kush CBD) - This lady was a bitch to train, stretchy and lanky but ended up with some nice size nugs and decent yield. Hoping it dumps in the bubble bags.

I've got a wedding cake crush I flipped like 2 weeks ago. Surprised by how little it seems to be stretching and seems to be taking quite a while to really get into flower after flip. How well do you think this strain will yield?

Mine yielded 44g. All the plants were lower than average yields for me this run.

Here's a pic of the buds after drying/trim.PXL_20220322_050402203.jpg

Why does someone need to pheno hunt a pure strain? Blueberry is older than my uncles.

I just clicked on your name, and EVERY SINGLE POST you make is promoting JOTI. Is JOTI too cheap to pay Rollitup advertising fees? All these reports of poor genetics, then a few super positive reports from people who only post about JOTI? Not strange at all, right?

You mean even the posts where I was complaining about pollen sacks? And pointing out nanners on other people's buds? That's me promoting JOTI?

You know this is a thread to talk about Jordan of the Islands right?

It's odd that you would come here, throw shade, and complain about people talking about the topic at hand..

EDIT: nevermind I read through your posts you complain about everything

44g? How big were the plants (veg time, pot size?)

That seems super low. Especially for something advertised on the product page as "a heavy yielding cultivar requiring support such as netting or trellising"

Maybe JOTI doesn't actually grow these out before slapping together a description?

I veged out one for approx 2 months, in a 7gal and into a 2x2 scrog. If it ends up being less than 2oz that's a terrible waste of 4 months grow time when my mephisto autos regularly get at least that much in 2.5 months.

anyway fingers crossed!
