This is the first time I've had a pest in my room other than a stink bug here and there from outside. I've been growing for 2 years so I guess I'm due.

I've heard that spider mites can be a real pain in the ass.

What should I use first? I have only seen one and it was in the veg room (but next to the bloom room). However, I think there are some in the bloom room. I'm deep into week 4 in my bloom room.

I know I can grab the neem tomorrow afternoon. Give me an alternative to pirate bugs, just in case they don't have it.

Should I use both products according to the labels or is there a trick?

When you start your next crop, get some Forbid 4f. You spray then ONCE during vegetative with it and you have no mites the whole crop.

Forbid 4f is super expensive, like $450 for a quart, BUT you can buy a few ML on ebay for cheap. 1 ml makes a gallon, which will last you a year.

Forbid is the only thing I have used that kills eggs and everything and prevents them coming back for 40 days. If you spray the floor around the plants, they disappear for good.

You can get it here on ebay, comes with 1ML pipette for measuring: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Forbid-4F-spidermite-formula-1-4oz-Free-Lightning-fast-shipping-with-tracking-/251153008317?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item3a79e2c6bd

will be the best $25 you will ever spend. If you dont nip them in the bud (no pun intended) they will haunt you for years.

I'm going to use the Azamax as a root drench (coco and ProMix) and the Mighty Wash on the plants themselves.

Not looking forward to this.

Your responses helped me big time. Thanks again.

Logging the Forbid 4f away for future reference.

I just spent an hour in my room looking at every plant, under leaves, agitating media, and I can't even find a web line. Even had my led eye loop with me.

The only one I actually saw was yesterday in my clone box. I saw a web then I saw what looked like a small white spider. I did not confirm that it was a spider mite because when I moved the web it disappeared.

I'm going to take it a day at a time. I need visual confirmation before I spray.

Still nothing. I'm starting to think that what I saw was in fact a small spider.

Keeping my fingers crossed.

you need to stop advertising for 4F, listen i know i probably worked for you after you had some serios mite shit, But IT IS NOT THE FIRST STOP! it is a dangerous chemical and should not be used by those who have not done thier research and it should never be the first stop as far as pesticides go. also if your using forbid you need to ROTATE your pesticides, so you probably need to by some avid or floramite.

when you get to using these chemicals it stops being cheap they are not the "easy out" you need to think about that.

so dont advertise chemicals that are not good for people who are not there yet.

I have never rotated chemicals with forbid. It is used by dispensaries here, it is safe as long as it is used in the VEGETATIVE stage.

lol @ "advertise", nice try.

okay dude wtfe i dont advertise for shit unless its gonna benefit me. you go ahead and create some super fucking mites or get some one sick on accident, you do that bro, cause i dont give a fuck. im telling what the research papers say and if you dont believe me, google fucking "pesticide rotation" and "mode of action". you dont know shit about pesticides and people like you, with your attitude, make them ineffective.
