So what do I need to do?
Should I use tap water and add 3ml per litre.
What number should I get on my EC meter?
Thank you so much for helping I've never had a successful grow, this has happened to a degree everytime.
ur in hydro right? IMO go to soil (ALOT EASIER) but if hydro's your thing we'll help you figure it out. You want your ec around 1.0 AND ec it to that with your food only then add your ph solution
your water is very soft, this is probably the reason for the mag def. that, or your pH, or combined. feed your plant at low dosage, 300-400 EC and put some epsom or calmag in it too, with 7.0 till you get your soil back to 6.5. 3ml/l of biogrow is too much and might burn your plant when using fertilized soil for such a young plant. so follow these instructions and you should be good.
Ok I pH'd and salted it. I dropped the pH meter, need a new one .
The EC is 193. After adding salt and biogrow. I don't think bio grow has any trace elements at all.

Please let me know if the PH and salt helps the issue, I am having problems like this with all of my plants right after I began nutes. I put in 1/4 the amount and it STILL is getting worse. I waited a week + and lost a lot of leaves and then I flushed them - They came back and im still watering with regular water no nutes, they SEEEEEEM to be recovering but I have no way of testing the PH at the moment - However I will on sunday when I buy the meter

@asaph No I dont think it does, the bottle doesnt say anything about trace elements only NPK.
Would you be able to give me a rough watering guide.
Do I feed BioGrow every watering?
I've just come across a bottle of Formulex Nutrient Solution. It has all the trace elements in it, will it be alright to mix with BioGrow?
hmmm. you're right it doesn't. that really sucks. why would anyone use it idk.
watering guide? it's very simple, water when your soil is quite dry two inches inside, and the pot is light to lift. once you've established a feeding dosage that your plant like, use it every other watering in soil. that's what they say anyway.
I think I'll add a weak solution of formulex too, BioGrow, Formulex, BioGrow, Plain Water, Repeat.
Its relatively cheap and you have to buy Alg-a-mic from them.
Thanks for all the help.
