Its worth it

Yo guys

For those of you who have yet to harvest their first marijuana plant - listen up..

Today (day 33 of flowering Lemon Skunk and Super Lemon Haze) my fingers were STICKY with resin... for the first time. That sweet candy smell with Skunky undertones just made this whollle experience worth it!

Trust me - growing marijuana can seem like a job sometimes. Things move VERY slowly -- but when the home stretch starts to hit, it all becomes worth it!

Finally my buds are starting to swell and take on that amazzzing fresh skunk/sweet odor - something that makes IT ALL WORTH THE WAIT

once you smell the smell of your own homegrown other commercial stuff really loses it's appeal. You know that greasy fuely scent that only real good weed has? Every great homegrown I've grown or my buddy has grown always has it unless it's just a really unique strain with a flavor all it's own. Wish I had some....

Question - Im growing Lemon Skunk right now, and like I said in my first post - It smells AMAZING! When I get my fingers sticky with its resin, my hand smells like a Lemon Sucker. When my bud is harvested and Cured...will it have a lemony TASTE? How "lemony" will it be?

im in my first grow an lemon skunk is one of 16 strains i have veging after hearing the praise you give it makes me want to start flowering 2moro cant wait

im doing the super lemon haze and i have to say, it tastes like a lemon head. seriously, you will be able to taste the sugarry lemony goodness.....just make sure you FLUSH well for the final 10 days. give it a full 24 hours of dark before you harvest and it will be all good.


i trimmed a branch off around 8-9 weeks into the lemon and it was still good. trust me though, give it the full 11 weeks and its even better.

Ohhh man I'm stoked beyond belief! I'm running a hydroponic dwc system - I've read that I should flush by changing my res water and adding clean water with no nutes 2-3 days before harvest. Is that enough?

If I decide to test the early smoke at 8ish weeks, will a removed bud/branch mess up my harvest or hurt my plant?

I felt the same way for last years outdoor grow. When is this gonna happen? When will they be ready? Summer is almost over. But when all was said and done, the first hit of the cured weed that i grew from a tiny little seed made me giggle and pee a little. Walking aroud knowing i had more than 2 lbs of sin semilla in jars made me feel like billy badd ass. Talking to chumps that are complaining that they cant find anything anywere and when they did it was so expensive.

Shit, i saved more than a grand this year alone and i dont see me buying weed again for a very long time.
