Daily Update (Day 32 from Seed)

Final Completion of Stealth Grow Cab /2nd LST-

Tonight I finally finished my grow cab! It is pretty stealthy if I do say so myself. With the doors closed and the blanket on it is pretty hard to tell that anything is going on (besides the slight rumbling of that loud ass inline fan!). But when the doors are open it looks like a certified pot growing factory!. I changed the sign on the front to "Snakes Sleepin', DO NOT TOUCH!" so I think people will stay away I am still on the hunt for a 12v dc adapter for my bottom pc fan but I'm pretty sure they're everywhere so I will get around to it. I gotta go back home to go on a sorority formal so I will be gone for 2.5 days till Sunday midday. This will be my first time leaving the babies alone for a couple of nights so I am a little unsure... I hope they will be ok.

As for news on the girls, they look great! I gave them 2tsp/gallon of FFGB in their feeding and they exploded with growth almost overnight. It looked like they were developing 5 or 6 main bud developing sites. I then screwed holes all around the rim of the pot and LST'ed the girls even more! They are already developing more bud sites as you read. I doubt I will be getting big ass nugs, but more like popcorn nugs. I still hope they are good.

I plan to give them one small small feeding of just plain distilled water tomorrow morning before I go. When I get back they got one more with watering with Grow Big and Big Bloom and one more watering with just plain distilled water. After these are done I will begin flowering. This should put me pretty close to the 4 week mark (minus 5 seedling days) and my plants are getting pretty damn big... If it is true that they double or even triple in size I will be very close on room... This is why I plan to do one plant at a time from now on and just get her real big and fat. Now that I have the clone area I also plan to clone the girls the day I start flower. I plan to take 1-2 clones per plant (haven't made up my mind yet) and prob keep the best/strongest 2. One will be consume/sent to flowering while the other will be a mother for future clones...

Daily Update (Day 35 from Seed)

I'm Back - 2nd LST

I'm back from my trip home and the girls look fine. They are a lush green and are forming new, stronger bud sites thanks to the LSTing (Especially Meaghan). There were a couple of leaves with what looks like burn marks (pictured below). I believe this is from me sprinkling them with water while the light was on. I tried to give them a light folair feeding and I am betting the water magnified the hps light and burned them. What do you think? Other than that they looked fine.

When I got home the soil was pretty dry. I decided to give them a semi-flush. I used the rest of my distilled water (1.5 gallons per plant) to flush most of the chemicals out I hope. There was a good flow from the bottom of the pots so I think I can feel safe. I plan to start serious flushing after a few more feeding and I hope to get on a every 2 week schedule.

I plan to give them maybe one to two more feedings and then I plan to clone them and send them on into flowering. I am pretty stoked about it. I plan to go get Fox Farm Tiger Bloom later this week. I was also pondering on the idea of ScrOGing the girls... Is that a good idea? I hear your buds can get heavier and have more support.

why would you flush every two weeks ????? get a watering and feeding schedule down and stick to it.. are those burn marks on the side the fan blows on ??? or is it from the heat of the light ???? better pics please ( if you can )..are you over feeding nutes ?????

they have had one feeding with 2 tbs of FFBB and one feeding with 2 tbs of FFBB/2 tsp of FFGG (these feedings were a week apart and had a feeding of plain distilled water inbetween) so I really don't think I over nuted them. I think it was the light/fan. I left water on the leaves which made the light burn the leaves i think. Thats my guess

also, used my ph/moisture/fertility meter and I am in the green. 6.8 ph/moist/ideal

yeah you may be right ....still looking good....feeding sounds about right....so you watering every what 3 four days ????? I still would not flush so much but that's only me....i like once a month flush..unless scrog then just plain water last three weeks...hey just a thought.....you know you could paper clip some of those fingers on the fan leaves together to increase penatration just spread open paper clip to allow thickness of the leaves together....neat little trick I saw ..works wonders

yeah i'd say water every 2.5 to 3 days and I try to space feedings out between every other watering.

having issues with RUI and pics right now ..hmmmm...did they change something ??? but let me try to explain ..picture a fan leave( your big leaves ) some have 5 fingers,7 finger,some 9...just take the fingers on one fan leave and place them one top of each other so now they are stacked ( sometimes you will only be able to do maybe 3/5 fingers) after they are stacked just slide a paperclip on them to hold them together ( not to tight )...sorry if you don't understand..having a hard time trying to explain and not have a pic..you would only need to do a few fan leaves like this...each fan leave uses its own paperclip..one paperclip per fan leave...

Daily Update: (Day 37 from Seed)

Visible Pre-Flowers/Last Day of Veg/Clones

So tonight is the last night of vegging for the girls. I have the lights in the center of the cab and the plants away in order to draw them more into the pot and off the rim. Tomorrow they begin their journey into flowering which is pretty exciting. I see some female pre-flowers which helps confirm that they are girls I think. Seeds are feminized so they should be. Any suggestions on how to start them on flowering. The soil had a plain distilled watering last and should be dry enough for another watering tomorrow night. Should I start with the flowering nutes? Another plain feeding? Any tips?

I also plan to clone the girls tomorrow too. I plan to take 3 clones total and keep the strongest 2. I plan to cut from the bottom set of leaves (more rooting hormones) at a 45 degree angle and place them in cups with some moist fox farm. While they aren't planted they will be stored stem down in water in order not to cause an embolism. I will be keeping the are moist and humid as best as I can.

Not only are we in the same state, but it is oddly similar. With my post coming up on 4000 views, this makes me think I am a potential target. I know the kid was narked which sucks cause I accidentally showed a couple of my friends my grow when I was drunk like a week and a half ago. They also know about my journal. I am gonna think hard and sleep on it....

Police Learn Identity Of 'Sticky Mango,' Arrest 21-Year-Old

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Police said it was the photos of marijuana plants he posted on the Internet that got him busted.

Justin Bauder, 21, of Jacksonville, was arrested Wednesday and charged with cultivation of marijuana, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia and public nuisance.

Police said they got a tip that someone calling himself Sticky Mango had posted pictures on a Web site of the five marijuana plants he was growing. According to the police report, he also posted step-by-step instructions on how to construct an indoor grow room.

When officers learned that Sticky Mango was Bauder and searched his apartment, they said they found one marijuana plant growing in a closet, along with packaged marijuana, loose buds, a bong, a pipe and a scale.
The arrest report says Bauder admitted he had been growing the marijuana plants for about two months.

Dude never tell and never show your grow.....ever!!!!!!!! Tell your friends you had to put an end to it because of the smell or something.....act like you pissed and never do that again....One friend who you didn't let have some weed will flip on you....and you never know whos your friend today and enemy tomorrow....I really think someone had to have told on him first then shit ran down hill.....

put them girls on a 12/12 cycle and use big bloom nutes for flowering, i gotta say your doing a great job man, i love your setup this is one of the best grow journals ive seen on here i think every1 should give you + rep... i kno i will
