Is this seedling doing OK?

This seedling has only been out the soil for about 24hrs but still hasn't opened out properly like the others. Does it look OK to you?

The seed shell and membrane are still attached, preventing it from opening properly.
Mist it with water to soften the membrane and gently pry it off with a toothpick or tweezers.

Should I remove at 1 or 2?

OK thanks I sprayed it with water and it is starting to open up now. However I just noticed that another of the seedlings, from a different strain is doing this
