It’s shorthand for breeding. Specifically using one generation for each gender in an open pollination style so the F1s aren’t P1s. I’m just gonna use the shorthand CO for crossover when I do like F2xF4 (COF2/4) or (COF3/BX1)Clear as mud.

Is breeding actually suppose to be hard? I can’t find a lot about recessive breeding. Like bringing out non dominant or dormant traits beyond the F2 explanation. Like if I wanted to bring out a grandparent pheno. Hope someone can help.

It’s different when using a single strain from my understanding. If I did open pollination I think it stay F not P because your not using a single set of genes. Not 100% sure though so I thought I’d ask. A lot of conflicting information as well.

i dont know what the comunity think of it, but i have a breeding (cannabis) by GREG GREEN. its very detailed on breeding and dominant strains. it go's into all the stuff you lookin for, see if you can buy it or if someone here wjho dosent have aspergers like mine has it and can explaine it, dont stress if your answer doesnt come so fast, im sure it will be answered by someone in a differant time zone to ours

I just want to say. Idk what happened to RIU. I’ve been on here for a long time. Reading before that too. This used to be a place people went to to learn and it was very positive as a new grower back then. A lot of people supported people back then. Now it just seem people want to troll for laughs. Every thread I’ve been reading lately. It’s an overall hostile enviornment unless you agree with one specific viewpoint which feels narrow minded. Hopefully it goes back to how it used to be one day... or not. It’s just a shame.

If you are wanting to pick some traits from 1 parent then I wouldn't really care about all of the different breedings and just go for the one you want

its a bit disjointed from all the differant time zones of the world, but theres many a grower on here you wont find on the grow forums much, there in the background on the other lifestyle/ laughing and whats your day been, learning lots of differant skills, ideas and so on.
we have had our share of twats on here too, but as you can see. there looking for mods too.
i would say. dont get discouraged with a lack of replys so quickly, you will get your answer in time.
