I'm a first time grower. I know these three plants (of questionable origin) aren't quite ready, but can someone give me a ballpark figure about how far along they are? I lost track (must have smoked a bit too much :dunce: )

They are under 1000 watts HPS for 12/12.

Looks early still to me. Hard to tell with HPS light to be honest. Flash from the camera works nice, just shoot a pic right when lights go out.

Get one of those pocket microscopes 30-60x from radio shack. Checking your trichomes is the best way to determine the proper harvest time. If you don't want to go that far, I'd wait until about 50-75% of the hairs turn orange.

Next silly question. My two remaining ladies are doing great! I've already been picking lower buds on one where the trichomes are more than ready. :bigjoint: However, being from the recycle generation, I'm sitting here with a load of fan leaves and wondering what the best use of them would be. Can they be dried and used in brownies? Or are they 'mulch
material' instead of 'munch material'??

By the way, I bought this great drying rack that's supposed to be a winter vegetable rack but it works wonderfully for my purposes. Oh, and if you are looking for a wonderful retail garden site and a man who knows what you need for your special crop, I highly recommend HTG Supply Company. Ask for Tony and tell him Maddi from Colorado recommended him... https://www.htgsupply.com/

As always, thanks for all of the support I've gotten here. You people ROCK!!!

Connerbrown, I could make a giant origami spaceship out of them also, but I don't know how to do that either. Any USEFUL suggestions???
