Is this Nitrogren defficiency?

Hey all, as the title says, Im pretty sure this little baby is having a N problem and I was just hoping to get some other opinions. Is she ok? and are there any steps I should take since I am a week into veg.... not giving it any nutes yet, just RO water. The PH is currently 5.6; thanks for any information in advanced!

yes.

those hydroton balls offer 0 nutrients. so you have to give the plants everything. thats getting to late stage N deficiency.
get some micro nutrients too, i really like the stuff for aquariums for aquatic plant life. the stuff has 0 NPK, and lots of everything else. good to use from start to finish

**when you get some N, add it in slow, 1/4th strength today, then 1/2 strength in 4 days,..... dont shock them**

So how urgent is this issue, Im low on cash and need to wait till friday before I purchase any nutes. Am I waiting too long to get the nutes?

You just dont need N, you need to give it a nice spectrum of macro/micro nutrients. Pick up a water soluble 3part/2part/ or all in one at a hydro store. I use general hydro 3 part, micro/grow/bloom.....Easy to read and follow the instructions for your stage of growth. Waiting til friday is waiting too long..the plant will not grow and will continue to die everyday.

^I think it's quite urgent, multiple deficiencies are showing, and it's gonna get worse, rather quickly. When you feed them, make sure to use a complete fert mixture, that contains everything, and as mentioned....start weak, watch how they react, and go from there.
