Yes you can smoke it. No it won't be as potent as it could have been due to much resin being used for seeding. The seeds will primarily be hermies too. You can mass pop them if youd like to and extract the females (they might be a few males, few females, and mostly hermies) Or, grab that seed and throw it into a friend or enemies garden

Buy yourself a HPS dude doesnt look like you would get more than 10g from this plant, could have saved yourself money buying it in the bag instead of wasting 24hr electric

dont use the seeds, go to seaofseeds and buy a pack of 5 you will get 10 free. about £25. Buy a 600w HPS cheap and a few nutes for 20-30 and you will grow some good shit few oz a plant

Basically for the price of good genes and feminised you may aswell invest, I don't want to sound like a twat but your plant looks poor. I have some seeds from the pro's and they are growing like pro's. I have grown bagseed and they are nothing like my seeds from online. You can always save them and try a few but get more light. Electric costs a bomb these days so you may aswell get what you pay for eh? Good luck friend

If you don't want to buy seeds and have no reasonable access to genetics... why not create and select your own. Harvest some of that pollen you have there nestled up in those nuts. Save pollen (youtube). Pop seeds... see what ones are female. Murder non-females. Then you can pollinate you own females lower buds so you will have good seeds for the next run. You can continue to do this taking the best male and his pollen and pollinate the best female and her buds. Eventually you will have a plant with the phenotype you want. Once you got that, select a mother, clone off of her and you will have same genetics with similar phenotype expression. It'll take time and effort yes. But you would be 100% self-sustainable. If you pollinate you need to bleach and scrub if you ever hope to flower seedlessly again though.
