Hey growers ,
My plant stoped stretching and getting taller for 4 days now

this is my setup right now
I just came up from 30w LED at the top to a total of 100w
The distance = 14 inches.
Should i increase the height or light or both for stretching and a taller plant to increase the yield ?

I wouldn't. You won't get much penetration with that amount of light. Keep it stout and let the colas stack upward.

That plant is maxed out for the power those lights can provide. I'd flip them and get what you can out of it.

Yeah, I would increase the light by getting a legit one.
Is it worth to increase those 100W right now to have the ability to move up the height? If yes , what is the new distance suggestion? For taller and bigger tree ? Btw it’s almost 4 weeks since it came out of the soil

here in egypt we don't have LEDs for growing , we don’t have full-spectrum or blue and Red , it’s even illegal :D, only white and warm LEDs like this , BUT i ordered some LED chips 200W each , for the next phase .
Looks like the right height for your setup. The aren't stretching. Where'd you get the soil though?

I feel your pain, I hope these led chips work out. The led section explains a lot of what you need if you're using DIY to put together.

There's a difference in soils, one is topsoil loam and mud the other potting soil is peat bark and more fluffier things. You look like you got the wrong soil as it's quite muddy looking.
When new growers ask what to grow with and you tell them ProMix BX.

I can’t understand what Op’s means bro .

for the soil is it that bad that i need to transplant it in a new one ? Or should i wait and for when ?
and what is the best soil to replace it with ?

is that causes it not to get bigger after all ?
O.P. Stands for original poster. The person who started the thread.

I don't know what soil you have access too, but what the plants in now looks heavy.
