Is this bud okay has it got mold

This bud is very light green and kinda looks white is it mold or just starved of light it is a lower bud

Think I figured it out the bud bent over under the weight and one of the bottom inside buds popped out and the inside which has never seen light as it was normally flush against the stem checked the hole where bud popped out from it looks fine

I was going to say that it looked like its head was lopped off, so that makes sense.
 
Definitely not webby it was just light green it touch it with a piece of towel no transfer it was just a bottom bud on one of the big main colas that bent over due to weight and it popped out I have put it back together hole where it popped out has no webby inside

It would be better if you had a better picture.
