Will removing one popcorn bud hurt my plant?

Hey growers! I'm currently in mid-flower and I noticed a small lower bud that looks somewhat developed. I'm completely out of flower right now and was wondering: can I snip that small bud to smoke? Will it harm the plant or reduce yield significantly? I just need something to hold me over until harvest. Thanks in advance!

It's your plant so do what you'd like but clipping that and smoking it would be pretty pointless.
