What exactly happens when paypal snitches? Even if pot is illegal, pipes are still sold (as tobacco pipes).

From what I've heard they don't snitch so much as they close your account and keep any money in the account.

OMG really? I'd expect them to do something if you spent thousands on grow equipment or something but you buying a pipe which could just as easily be argued a tobacco pipe or ornamental piece? ...No.

Having bought 3 grinders, two pipes, a cannabis cookbook and 5 copies of Spliffigami in a country where there is no such thing as medical, I think you're good. The credibility of the individual seller is a whole different business though.

Amazon has a great selection of stoner gifts, vapes, bongs, pipes and things with great delivery times.
