Okay, you point me to a link that describes how it would try to eliminate social services such as Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid. So therefore your response was on a bias that those are essential liberties.

That is the thing. My style of conservatism is completely based in libertarianism. There is not much that I disagree with Ron Paul on, and when I do it's only a personal opinion disagreement (like abortion and gay marriage) because he wouldn't go against my political opinion on that subject anyways. If you think my style of conservatism is at least 'ok,' just give Ron Paul another less biased chance and you might start to like him a bit more
