is it ok to use these lights ?

hey i'm new to growing Marijuana and i don't have much money so i started with 1 plant, since i don't have enough money to go buy 1000 watt systems i found this in my closet




(it says compact fluorescent lamp on the back)
is this 1 lamp enough to grow 1 plant ? and if not should i go buy some more of these lamps or just some other ?

it is enough to grow but you will end up with less yeild....
whats important when considering grow, yield, etc. is the lumen.
you have only 350, whereas a good cfl which might cost around 20 bucks could have 2000-8000 lumens or more
so you might want to search for some looking for the higher lumens which are in your budget

yes that is a cfl, is it enough? NO hence the stretching your plant is doing, if going cfl get 23 watt (100 watt equiv) one or two per plant for veg the switch to 65 watt (300 watt equiv) for flower, read my goin loco link
