is it better if you use no nutrients in your plants

fair enough you need nitrogen for vegative growth but in small doses ....

if i was to stop using the nutrients when its flowering does it give off a cleaner taste...

i know you flush your plants 2 weeks from harvest but does it make any difference

Yes the final flush gets rid of built up salts from the ferts which can cause uneven burning and a chemical taste in the buds.
The plants would starve if you didnt provide some form of nutrients during flower.. In hydro i flush for a week or longer. Im still learning about soil so cant speak on that.

you need more than nitrogen to grow plants , you need nitrtogen, phosphorus and pottasium(potash) the plant requires all three and frequently sum micro nutes, i also use mollasses as well and i dont bother flushing as all my feeds are organic. if u stop the nutes your plant will die coz its been starved to death.

if you're gonna skip nutes the time to do it is not in flower. growers with shorter veg times can usually get away without feeding during veg because of what's already in the soil. come flower time the plants need food if they are going to build decent flowers. underfed is better than overfed but there is a limit to how little the plant can use.
