Is clone or cutting sharing allowed?

I didn't do it yet was just speaking hypothetically, I might not apply again as seems its official and CRA is going after people with larger license. If I do it'll be for a smaller amount which I might run in my shop as a demo. Just had a friend of a really good customer get hit by CRA regarding where money for his grow license/patience was coming from.
I have not heard of anyone else getting hit by CRA, did they claim their grow gear on taxes or some shit ?

Yeah, they can't claim expenses on medical so they would have to be trying to write it off under business expenses?

I was actually wondering if I made a business to grow meds for the wife and I? We would purchase our meds from our business @LP prices, then claim those meds on our personal income tax. Meanwhile, our business would pay us rent, a potion of utilities, grow equipment etc. and write off those as business expenses.

I think after all said and done I wouldn't come out ahead enough worth the effort to do all of that, so it didn't happen.

I don't know the exact details but this is not the first time. I had another customer get hit about a year ago, ended up having to pay $80K and about 3-4 years ago a few people on Van island got the same thing, that island one was the first time I ever heard of it. CRA only cared about where the money for the build out and running costs came from.

There's also something called a Life Style Audit. My accountant is pretty explicit about it as he's had to deal with quite a few where people who had a business were living larger then the business could provide and were making money one way or another outside of the business.

once again .it may get harder for some.
I brought that point up to someone recently.
Said if anyone asks. Im legit . Other large scripts were PAID FOR.... Huge difference when it comes right down to it I Guess...

Wouldn't wanna be in that position myself

Maybe 25....

5 bucks with roots!
Its a friggin deal when ya can take 300 clones in an hour and sell em for 1500
10 days later.
I think you'll see the price of rooted clones go up to $8-10 after Oct 17th. A few clone makers I talked to are already planning on raising the price as the risk is going up even if you have a license. Atm most clone makers here are charging $3-3.50 per clones. I think $50 for a 4,6-8 week vegged plant is fair. $200 to save all that veg time is worth it. Now you can be back to 6 crops per year.

I know of the life style audit's, the inlaw was hit often with these due to what he pulled in from his business and the life he lived. They like to make sure they are getting every penny they can legally steal from you.

The thing is the ones on Van island CRA didn't care how they made their money, they just wanted to taxes for the money spent on the med grow which is cheap price to pay for what you're making. You got to pay to play.

Why are Canadians so tight with there cuts?

Like pulling teeth to get someone to sell/ship me 4 nodes off a real fcgsc, wedding cake, #$%? Breath or number anything gelato.

I understand if your commercially growing not wanting your neighbour growing the same thing you are. But c'mon most of us that grow in tents or a spare room and only want the absolute best for ourselves and family. I hope once 17th comes someone will start selling epic cuts that u can buy in pretty much every legal u.s. state for under 25$ .

I'm on an epic pheno hunt. if I find the one I'm after I will pass it out to anyone even if all I get out of it is an Instagram pic

Tell me about it. I had to deal with such nonsense every year for one of my parents until I wondered outloud while talking to a CRA agent on the phone if I should call people I know at the CBC. I explained how I was concerned that the CRA was targeting seniors in assisted-living.

They're two different strains. M39 is Nothern Lights #5 X Skunk #1. Here's what I found on Freezeland/Friesland:

A celebrity cannabis strain in Quebec, Freezeland is an indica cross between Pluton and Friesland. These lavender-tipped buds have a fruity citrus flavor with pine undertones and potent full-body indica effects. Chronic pain and insomnia are the most common symptoms treated with this strain, and anyone looking for relaxation or rest will find it in Freezeland. Outdoor gardens will grow impressive harvests after an 8 week flowering period, an operation suitable for novice and expert growers alike

Also, if grown properly and to maturation(which is rare) M39 can be really good for what it is. Smells like brown sugar and vanilla. Sensi seeds sells it under the name shiva skunk i believe. M39 was the order code for the strain in the original SSSC catalogue in the 80s
I believe Freezeland was sold in the same SSSC catalogue as M-33 or something.

I've grown M-39 as well, it's a huge producer that finishes around the 1st of October. I find Freezeland taste/smell to be far superior. The M-39 is a bit bland.

BushBros seeds has some nice Freezeland genetics. Plenty of phenos with those beautiful florescent punk hairs I remember so fondly from my early days of growing.
