seven bagseed plants under a 600w, vegged for 6 weeks, third week flowering. I've LSTed the shit out of 5 of them and tied down branches and shit. using Roots Organic soil and soul synthetic nutes and molasses
they're in a like 4.5 x 2.5 foot baby crib. first grow so i dont know how much a plant with 2 ounces looks like. but to get a pound i need to average about 2.25 oz per plant. u guys think this is possible or likely with this setup?

thanks for any imput. i think i may ditch the crib on the next grow and just put the plants on the floor so i can fit more plants in the space.
anything i can do better?

also im hanging the light with chains ASAP. should the light be way closer to the plants? i tie down all the branches so theyre all real low and the light is probably like 18 inches away

Don't get your hopes up. You will obviously be counting in numerous ounces, just be happy with that idea.

Actually even though your setup is ghetto it may work very well, I would almost suggest you don't take it out of there and just drop the light but then rig it right back the way it is. I like the way you have the mylar I think you should finish that way, it shows real promise. Tie tall branches down to get the light to the minimum height.

7 female plants? Under the right conditions, you could get a bit more but lets not count O'z before they dry :hump:

Thats some good handy work there. I don't know about a pound but I dont think you'll be disapointed with your yield whatever the outcome. I dont have a 600 myself so I'm not so sure. I think it cold be close. are you monitoring temps etc... My last grow I got 1.5 a plant under a 250watter. If I was to go from that I'd say it is achievable but dont count your chickens or you may end up dissapointed.

with a 600hps you can expect anywhere from 300-600g. But with this being your first grow i would think your gonna be much closer to the 300. My guess is 11oz

yeah man - if you are on about the 3 month schedule (4wk vg, 8 flower) look at getting about .5g/watt or about 300g like stonerguy said...

the extra 2 weeks veg and the LST adds a lot though, so it could easily push you over that mark, but i dont think you'll get to 1g/watt... you'll be close to an lb though, i'd say at least 10oz, but up to 14.

no, i'm definately not aimin for a pound any more. but 3/4 pound would be nice. id be happy with ten ounces tho for sure.

im gonna have to harvest them at diff times anyways. some are 6 weeks, some are 4weeks.

No chance, figure about 1 oz. per plant under a 600 watter.........

dude I grow 1/2 lb under a 430 watt hps. so 1 lb are doable people post pics all the time. but they do take some room and time.

hell sometimes i grow 12/12 from seed and get 1oz plants in 8 weeks from seed.

so i say yes to the pound it just comes down to how good you can grow.

An ounce per plant that ones in a 5 gallon bucket....lets see 28gms a plant times 9 plants rounding up thats around 270 gms devide that by 600 watts thats like 4 tenths of a gram gram per watt lets say a half gram a watt even growing in soil...I'd hope for closer to a gram a watt myself...hope for a pound settle for 12 ozs with more practice you should see much more my friend I pull 100-120 gms every week and all I have is a 150 hps first three weeks flower and 400 hps for the last month running 8 plants up top 150 and 8 finishing under 400 and keep 2 moms and 20+ clones under cfl in 2x5 cab got tired of turn around time between crops nice work by the way I don't think you'll have any problem getting 3/4 gm per watt hang in there and really let them finish/swell ....:) 88 days from cut from mother to cutting down ripe flowers...go early girl go...oh yeah baby
