Inserting pictures

Im not quite sure how to insert pictures, Id like ppl to see what Im doing and what Im doing wrong, any tips?? I see the insert image link but I click it and it says "please enter the url of your image". Also, is there a specific spot to start a journal??

never mind I have figured it out!!!

is there a way to delete this thread?? Its definatly not needed anymore...

EDIT>DELETE when you are the poster, besides Quote, Multi nad quick you will have an EDIT and Delete is one of the edit choices. Don't know if it deletes the thread and I think it has a time limit. pm a mod?? VV
