Indoor grow, new set up help

hey all, I am brand new to the forum and had a few questions about my set up! This isnt my first grow, but i figured it would probably be the best place to start...here we go...

I have a indoor set up going, my grow area is about 2 feet by 4 feet, i am using 4 of the T12 fluorescent tubes with 2 shop light fixtures mounthed to some ply wood (so it looks like a 4 bulb unit), then suspended. The bulbs I am using are 6500K Daylight bulbs and I am running a 18/6 light cycle. I plan on switching to 3000K Kitchen and bath bulbs when it comes time for my flowering stage. My grow area ranges in temperature from about 70 degrees to 80 degrees, and every thing is coverd in mylar.

Also, I am just using several different strains of bagseed that I have aquired.

I was wondering what to expect from this kind of set up and if anyone could give me any pointers or help or anything? Thanks alll! I look forward to positive feed back, I have been checkin out the forums foreveR!

theres a lot of variables to consider for yield... so theres no way to guess that if thats what you mean... to get the best yield possible tho here are some things to watch..

keep your ph around 6-6.5
dont give your plants to many nutes
make sure your plants have plenty of fresh air

for a first time grow those are the best things to watch out for... you really need more lights... t12s arent ideal... but if you should have to use them around 400ws is ideal... or more... any other ?s?

OK i founda really good dael on a 400W HPS and i grabbed it!

I should be able to use my fluoros to veg out right?
