well, i would say goodbye to number 1. as for number 3-are you sure you want to commit to someone you dont really know right away, you could end up hating girl 3 and not having girl 2 to fall back on.you could be honest with them, tell them you want to see other people still, it doesnt seem like your real serious with either yet. or just keep 2 on the side for now.
 
i have known number 3 for almost a year, and yeah, im 100% sure i would like to commit to her

i have never been happier in my entire life than when i am with her, and i dont even feel the desire to smoke, not that its going to stop me ha

It sounds like you need to have a mano e mano talk with yourself and step up and be a man. You've allowed 3 women to fall in love or demonstrate a physical attraction to you. It stoked your ego and you weren't man enough to say no or break off the first relationship by now.

As far as dating a woman from work, you are just asking for trouble. If you like or rely on your job, you'll think long and hard before allowing that relationship to go any further.

Honesty is key brother, if you get to a point where you can't stand someone, then you weren't ever being honest, not even with yourself, if you were honest from the beginning then you would never have had to deal with any of this, because you would have broken up with 1 ages ago, honesty may seem hard at the time, but it saves you so much shit in the long run.

Now just tell 2 you don't want anything and get on with it. It will be all good.

Honesty is the best way in relationships, no doubt about it......

But if you have never broken up with anyone, trust me my friend, this IS highschool drama.

Be honest. It's scary only because you don't have any experience with it.

Be sensitive but honest with your current gf. You don't have to tell her you can't stand her, just tell her that you want the freedom to date others.
It's scary, but it really is that simple. And once you have the experience under your belt, and see that your world won't cave in around you afterwards, you'll be happy and better off.

There is another option here we haven't looked at. Set up a weekly schedule. Since your current gf is your least favorite see her on Mon and Tues. Girl number 2 gets the rest of the week, and girl 3 gets the weekends. If a girl calls on her unassigned day tell her you got work, school, your cult doesn't allow you to leave the house on day X or whatever else you feel like telling her. This plan is 100% fail-safe, absolutely nothing can go wrong here! You can thank me later.
