Improving The Flavor/ Smell Of Cannabutter?

I made up 1cup of cannabutter last night using 9g of high grade bud (no stems, leaves, etc).

This morning I spread some on a few dinner rolls and good god it tasted disgusting! It smells like freshly cut yard grass and tastes just as bad.

What's the best recipe to mask the smell and flavor of this stuff? There's absolutely no chance my girl is gonna touch this unless I can mask the taste and smell.

Never mind. I made up a batch of Blackout Banana Bread and it was fantastic! I would never know that there was cannabis in it.

yeah i was just gonna say the best way to eat cannabutter is by baking it into some kind of brownie, cake, or pastry. The high takes longer to kick in, but the high is fucking amazing and so clear.

you can steep the bud in plain water for a while to lose some of the clorophyl, try and get as much out as possible then add the butter. The THC is not water soluable so I dont think you would lose any potency just the grazzy smell. I havnt tried this its just a suggestion, always been to afraid to ruin my bud. It sounds good down on paper.
