I'm thinking of going clone to flower in coco and have a few questions

I have an abundance of clones that I received as cuttings from a friend, I tossed them in my aerocloner with tap water and a small pour of GO Roots 18" under 2 - 24" T5 bulbs and forgot about them for two weeks; when I checked them today they all had rooted rather nicely and they are all pretty nice strains/phenos. I have normally grown in soil or a soil coco mix with a 4 week or longer veg cycle and grow 36" tall cropped plants, or SCROG; I haven't tried SOG (which is I think I'll be doing) and it makes me a bit nervous.

What size pots would you use? I was thinking 2 gallon but I'm afraid 2 gallons is too big; at the same time, it is the largest pot I can fit all of the rooted plants into my space and still expect light coverage given the base of the pot. I won't be upset to hear I should go with 1 gallon pots.

How often would you feed? Is a 1:1 feed to water ratio too conservative?

This will be my first experience with coco and small plants, I'd like to see it go well.
