As soon as he jumped the counter, fight or flight mode kicks in, you must subdue would be attacker.

Problem is “ he” wasn’t being attacked. Im not defending bad guys just trying to see how a court might. He literally moves to the bad guy who clearly went straight to the goods. Then throats him when he turns to flee. They guy was already stabbed multiple times before he even threw a punch. It will be an interesting case as stated

That's the difference between a "stand your ground" state and a "support the criminals" state such as Ma. Stand your ground allows for the defense of person and property.

Cool i guess like i said not defending the bad guys but stand your ground isn’t considered a pass for murder thats all . Maybe it does idk
