So ive started my 8 autogrowers on may 10th. I will post a pic later tonight or tomorrow. I am using my 45watt LED panel and put them in the window sil during the day to get the sun because i will be putting most of these outside. I hav 1 Himalaya Blue Diesel (deformed and light shocked from the sun), 3 Mi5 (all doing just fine), 2 Snowryders (1 is doing fine and the other one was held back because the seed shell didnt shed off very smoothly but is coming along just fine), 2 Mi5 X Snowryders which were created from a hermie Snowryder and a feminized Mi5, therefore creating a feminized Mi5 X Snowryder seed, only ended up with 2 of them, by accident tho so cant complain (they were both striving right out of the gates, one was light shocked from the sun but has made a fine recovery, the other is doing just fine). My plan is to put them all outside other then the 1 Snowryder that was held back, figured id keep it under the LED panel to flower just to c how it puts out density/quality wise. I am however curious about my 1 Mi5 X Snowryder, the one that WASN'T light shocked. It seems to have plant matter retreating on one of the leaves :S

PS my display pic is the Mi5 from my first grow in my signature. The LED panel is from my other grow in my signature, only veged with it in that grow tho but it sure shows the panels capabilities for veg.

thanx guys:-P, ya should be nice, never grown outside before, helped other ppl in the past but never for myself. The sun is amazing! Im disappointed about my HBD, i traded it for a snowryder seed to my friend. I dont think it will recover, but i can always hope for the best and mayb still get a taste off her:weed:. I am however very excited to try my cross, i think it'll be a good one and shortstuff should consider. I liked the Snowryder over the Mi5 but yielded more from the Mi5 so this is the best of both worlds:idea: these strains can be found on dopeseeds.com.

As for my LED panel i love it for veg so far havent flowered with it yet, for stealthy cool little grows, it fits anywhere its awsome! I purchased it when the model first came out. Mine is the 45watt model by sunshine systems, they came out with a newer model that runs 28watts with the same light output. I originally got it for when my bigger growing opportunities weren't offered, for personal little grows like autogrowers or vegging lots of clones, works better then any CFL or T5 etc ive ever used, i would consider buying a whole string of them if i was doing a big grow u can link i think up to 16 panels together. Ive read as im sure you have that LEDs are not the best for flowering considering the density. Maybe a more powerful one but even then i always here HIDs are the way to stick it out with a good old magnetic ballast, ive read up on lighting and its some crazy stuff they are coming up with, but way expensive and only on the market to high class research labs, forget what those lights are called. N e ways, i dont expect much out of this thing at all and thats fine just curious as to what my limitations are with it density wise. I wanna know how fluffy the bud will be.

Ok so it seems as tho the flowering has begun. I have a few options and i gotta get on a decision asap, could use some help.

I am currently growing 8 feminized autogrowers in party cups with Schultz Potting Soil Plus with a NPK ratio of 0.08-0.12-0.08, on the bag it says it feeds up to 6 months. I purchased this because my gf works at walmart and it was easy to pick up just to get things going, dont have a car or much money right now, and i prefer Schultz over Miracle Gro not that i like to use commercial soil like this but i needed to get them going. So with a very low if any budget at all and not being able to travel too far these are my current options/equipment for flowering:

-outdoors
-indoors
-45 watt LED panel dual spectrum (which they are all under right now, will be growing one under it no matter what for shits)
-400watt magnetic MH ballast with 3200k Sunmaster flower bulb and a 7200k Plantmax veg bulb with a 3 foot wide dome reflector
-lots of pots/containers to transplant into
-18L of Schultz potting soil plus (0.08-0.12-0.08 ) with 8 party cups worth out of it
-20gal or so of pro-mix HP soilless mix (no food in it)
-synthetic veg and flower nutes

COMMENTS ARE GREATLY APPRECIATED!!! plus reps

How many plants you thinking about putting under that 400watt? I know i was kinda maxed out at about 4 or 5 girls.

ya ive only done 1 complete grow with the 400watt, i had 3 girls in 5gal buckets, got just over 3 ounces i think. I compared that to the weight of my 1000watt grow and from realizing i decided to only grow a bunch of small plants under the 400watt from now on. Considering these arent going to get too bushy or big im not too concerned if i ended up with all 8 under the 400. I really wanna put them all outside but that will be more sketchy and more work. Could be totally worth it tho if it came thru.

ya maybe if i get some comments about what i should do.

Im wondering what i should do with my current options. If i grow outside should i mix half and half pro-mix and schultz? then feed flower nutes also? I dono anything about growing outside and id like to do it with the least amount of work as possible seeing how the spot id be growing in is kinda heat and id probly be planting late at night with a flashlight, mayb during the day when everyones at work, i dont know which is better yet. If i grow inside im limited to the size pots id be using due to grow space and my apartment would probly stink pretty bad. If i started them on may 10th then its almost bin 20 days out of an 8 week seed to harvest guidline, therefore only leaving 36 days left so i gotta get on this

so im still stuck on whether or not to go plant in the spot ive chosen. Its a decent spot, gets tons of sun, tall grass, no direct access but it sketches me out to go setup everything. If i plan to plant outside my thinking is if i go during the day and dig holes, then go back at night and plant and water which is alot of work if they get stolen. OR i could setup my 400watt in a closet in the spare room and put a sheet over the window and leave the window wide open and seal the bedroom door up with weather proofing then add a door knob with a lock. The stink would just go right out the window for the next 6 weekd cuz all ive got is a light a fan, pots and soil. Those are my ideas so far and i gotta get on this over the next couple days.

COMMENTS N E ONE?????

I've always wanted to do a guerrilla grow! I say go for that. Just make sure you take the time to plan your trips and make sure it's super safe! I think that would be the most fun/rewarding!
