Interesting, particularly the correlation between smoking before 18 and risk of nut cancer.

Why should anyone believe anything the U.S. Government has to say about cannabis?

Schedule I, remember?

that's the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard.

do some research on how cannabinoids are anti-cancerous 90% of the time. (my own estimation)

there's more research supporting cannabis as anti-cancer than there is as something that causes NUT CANCER.

common . . . . . . . . .

When I see some real research I'll believe it. Real researchers have found that substances found in marijuana cause brain cancer cells to destroy themselves.

I can understand where theyre coming from. Cancer is the mutation of cells, and their subsequent growth. Impairing the production and quality of sperm could possibly cause mutations.

It seems like bullshit though. I don't like the way that they compiled their statistics.

what statistics? it all seems like a bunch of numbers picked out of a hat. no one should believe this shit. I remember seeing a drug bust of sorts on the news one day, and the reporter there actually said "this weed is SO potent that it will KILL YOU". if they're allowed to say something that outrageous, then it's impossible to believe this sack of bullshit.

"The study of 369 Seattle-area men ages 18 to 44 with testicular cancer and 979 men in the same age bracket without the disease found that current marijuana users were 70 percent more likely to develop it compared to nonusers."

That. It doesn't account for other factors, in regards to the 369 men with cancer.

Bogus statistics.

that's what I kinda meant. it's kinda like when you're in an argument with someone, and the person you're arguing maybe only knows one intelligent thing to say in their defense but they can't back that up with anything really. that's pretty much how them statistics are like....not sure if that makes much sense though.

You know what, after reading that, I'm quitting smoking pot, because it definitely isn't the chemicals they spray on round up ready soybeans, or the synthetic drugs I can buy for my cold, or the industrial strength cleaning solution they sell at the grocery store, no it couldn't be the murcery or arsenic in my bottled water or the ammonia in my cigarette thats causing my cancer, it must be the pot...

agree. IF we apply this same logic to anything, we can conclude the same answer. I.E Lets say people an in area drinking coke went up in the past 5 years, so did marijuana obviously so anything that went up in % they could say causes teste cancer.
