There are no actual statistics in there. It sounds like something I would've made up for a high school class.

They didn't check the number of people total who smoked pot (cause i bet over 70% of them smoke pot too)

The 'report' did not even source their information. The second a report does not cite the source of their information all credability goes out the window. I looked up this study on google scholar and a lot of the claims seem to check out with the abstract and the conclusion, so this time they may be on to something.

But as always never ever believe anything unless the author can back up their argument. One of the most important things I learned while in university.
