Here ya go
I keep them max 30” above the pots with 18” between canopy and lights.
Looks like this. This is a multi stage perpetual flower room. We harvest 1 plant about every week or two and plant a new seed of a different strain/cross for variety and to make coconut oil from multiple plants for a wide array of cannabanoids.

I forgot to say I use the flexible soft tie wire for plants and those black big paper clips with the silver handles to clip to the pot and give a place to secure the ties.
Also. I brace the base of the stem the opposite way I bend to keep from pulling the roots up.

The paper clips are called binder clips by the way. You can also drill holes in the pots.

You can see the tie looped around the base of the stem here. The main stem is bent down and tied the opposite way.
As the buds fatten and get heavy I will add bamboo stakes as needed and tie up or down branches as needed.
Every plant is different here so I have to be creative and work with each plants needs.

Ok. Hope this helps. Here is an og Kush x Trainwreck. They never stop growing until the buds are ripening. They just stretch and stretch.
It gets messy but you train any plant to fit pretty much. This one is tied up and down all over. First pic ready for harvest. Second pic after leaves stripped and ties and stakes removed.

Huh. I zoomed in. It is an og Kush x Trainwreck too. From CH9 seeds. It’s a feminized hybrid bred from original genetics.
Most smell and even taste like lemon cleaner and hit well like an og Kush and a Trainwreck. Powerful stuff.

I think it yielded 6 or 7 oz in a 3 gallon pot of ocean forest and 25% added perlite with well water only through veg and pure Blend Pro Grow only after the soil depleted for flower. Like an average of 10-15ml watered to good runoff every 2-3 days.
I had 2 huge ones. Not sure which one this was.

Hope that gives you some ideas. All Grows are different. You have to figure out how to make yours work for you.
That plant you got looks awesome. It is surely all trial and error.
I untie and retie branches often as needed.
