not at all,
Colorado is the only other place besides California where growers could make a profit selling to dispensaries

If prop19 passes Colorado / oregan here I come. Most likely Colorado cause they have an emissions program

that's where you are wrong. in Colorado if you want to sell medicine to a dispensary you have to BE A DISPENSARY!! meaning you have to pay all the $7500-$18000 + in fees. Husband and I are thinking of leaving the beautiful Colorado mountains to come to Cali because of all the new laws preventing us from selling excess meds to dispensaries and other patients.
