Basically as the title says, ive got 2 babes in hyrdo setup that have stopped growing, so if I transplant em into soil will that kickstart em???

If they stopped growing it is probably because they are either under fertilized, over fertilized, under watered, or over watered.

Putting them in soil might fix your problem, but the reason it will fix the problem is because soil is more forgiving, and helps to buffer against under/over watering as well as under/over fertilization.

Personally I would suggest trying to figure out why they aren't growing and fix that problem instead of just moving them. This way you will at least learn something from the process, and know how to prevent or fix it the next time it happens.

But if that's not your thing, go ahead and stick them in soil. It might take a week or two for them to come out of shock, but they will eventually. If you are going to put them in a soil like FoxFarms Ocean Forrest you shouldn't need any nutrients for 2 - 4 weeks.

I would flush them with plain water for 5-7 days and see how they respond.

Have your ppms been climbing? What range are you keeping them at? What do your roots look like?

I have been using only plain water with em from the start, the 2 stunted ones havent been fed any nutes yet. the 3rd one is growing nicely now though, and ive started giving it canna start (diluted fertiliser). The leaves are darker green since doing this. one of the stunted ones has no roots at all in the tank, and the other one has one big root in tank and thats it. Doesnt look like anything will change, ive had stunted plants before and i kept faith with em for 6 whole weeks before ripping them out and nearly smashing my own face in with despair. lol.

This happens every time i try to grow from seed, its just a fucking nightmare. When i grow from clone/cutting i grow some really good plants. And never have any problems.
