Idk if its allowed here or not but i figure its worth a shot.

i use to work for a small collective in this state and was in charge of running their legal mmj grow op until they got shut down. now im out of work.

I miss growing on a bigger scale (now i just grow from a 150w for personal use) and would love to come across someone that could use help with their own personal grow. I have lots of experience growing and trimming (i use to also trim over half the harvest myself for the collective)

its a long shot so no hard feelings if i dont get a reply.

willing to work for bud (or $ )

maybe your new to growing or an older person who has problems running your grow on your own?

from those who know me on this site im not a scammer and im someone to be trusted.

I would quit my full time job in a heartbeat if I could get paid to grow all day.
It's not an easy way to make a living. And much like pro sports, far more people try and fail than go on to the big leagues.

Personally I would rather have a mundane job I really like that pays well enough to grow for my head only. With good benefits. No insurance = no workie. Or a rich wife! That's the ticket!

the day i found out the collective was shutting down i drank myself to a hangover (keep in mind i rarely drink) but that day a whole 1/5th of whiskey was my b*tch lol

maybe im weird but i think its decently easy with the right connections. i just got lucky to get offered the job at that collective. i started out on delivery and then they found out i could grow...their last grower quit (they moved i think) so i asked to do it and bam.

i worked there a few years...3 i think. it was fun. everyday i had a ball in the grow rooms. just me by myself (id come in at night usually) picking and choosing which strains to run based on their most loyal customers needs etc. trimming was a bitch though especially because they never had spring loaded scissors! i used the regular scissors you'd have laying around the house!

I have had the mundane job and I want something that I LOVE! I don't think that I would be able to survive on it unless I got serious and invested some time/money into equipment. I think with the connections that I have made I could survive but not thrive.

I have medical covered. The wife is a Kaiser employee. ;)

It's all just a dream for me anyways. Unless I was able to guarantee the bills were paid I wouldn't dare do it.

Oh good lawd! KP is where I just left! You do have med covered. Very well.

Believe me, I know about wanting to do something you love. Working at KP gave me ulcers and stress related headaches. I gave up the paycheck and that fabulous insurance to be healthy and happy. I'm on the wifes insurance now, which isn't as good as Kaiser. (For as much as I loath kaiser as an employee, as a patient they are top notch.)

She is awesome and would support me doing it full time but not at my home! I would need to be working for a shop/collective and get a steady (read guaranteed) paycheck. :) We can dream though! :)

Why not really? I'm a green eyed newbie. Why can't you make a small income doing small indoor grows?
well, a small income and making a living from growing are two very different things imo..

anyone with closet grow can make a few bucks on the side, but it really takes some doing to be able to live off of the money by growing full time..

Again, green eyed newbie, but with efficient lighting and cooling, do you think it is possible to produce a couple of pounds a month in a garage? What could a grower expect to get out of 2 pounds a month? Is there demand for that much medical mj from a small time grower?

well said.

to live off of growing one has to go at it just as hard as a full time job and then some.

making a few bucks is easy enough by selling an oz or so here and there from your grows.

to live off it one would have to dedicate 40+ hrs a week to growing and selling.

idk y people assume living off growing will be easy and something they can do in their spare time. its hard work!

it really just depends on how much you can grow and whether the genetics sell at the end of the day....the problem a lot of people can grow a lot more than you, already are, have been for a long time, and have the genetics that sell.....making it incredibly hard to actually make a living off of. I'd like to do it....but you need to get some fire genetics and know its good shit and yields well enough for you to do anything worth while
