I want 10k watts in 88 sq ft room!!

Am I pushing it by trying to add up 6 horizontal 1000s and 4 vertically hanging lights to this space?? The room is 11x8x8 I was thinking of just pulling 5000K and doing another 5k in the next room. What do y'all think? If I stick with 5k ,how many plants should I roll with?? Also what would be the best way for me to utilize 5000 watts in the space. I have to rooms the same size so I don't have to use that one space. I just wanted to have less plants under more light

ask the fire dept while there putting out your house.. dude be reasonable and use COMMON sense when building a grow room.. sometimes less is more.. you could probably get 2-3 in each room but the power will need to be redistributed to accommodate the shit load of power needed to run the 3 lights alone.. .. so on that note hell no you can't run that much in one room.. the heat alone will start a fire.. if it was my room i would do a split and go with a 6x8x8 for flower and a 5x8x8 for veg.. put 1-2 1000wtt in flower and 1-1000 wtt in veg room.. save yourself a headache and a fire and use judgement please..

Lmao damn!! I have heard of people using 10k in rooms around 100 sq feet. Do you think 5k is still too much for 88 sq feet? I wanted to get all Gavita 1000 pro de systems , which are supposed to be great on heat output.

I've heard of 10k in slightly larger rooms. That's the only reason I even considered it for my space. I have 2 88 sqft rooms I can use so I don't mind splitting up the whole situation

Have you thought about the heat being created by the ballasts/bulbs yet? That much wattage will need additional cooling sources in a room that size. Sometimes, more light ISN'T better!

1 light thousand watts. veg 2.5 feet tall and put 4 plants per light, and get max yields ! what are you using for cooling ? I have 12 of them and pump 3 ac units 2 exhaust fans,

Well of course I want to vent everything out the room, along with using my Ac unit and 4 wall mounted Fans. I was thinking about 1-2 6inch online fans to get that hot air out of there. I also plan to use atleast 4 Gavita 1000 pro lights

I have a new ac unit, 4 super strong wall mounted Fans. I also have 1 400 CFM inline fan, I'll probably end up ordering 1 more. You have 12 plants in your room? Or 12 lights?? Lol

hey to each is there own.. i am just saying to use proper judgement when OVER DOING IT......if you want to put 600000000watts in a 25 sqf room do what you want just expect to have issue's with heat, power, and a big ass power bill.. so if your going to do it show it off..

Man if it were me I would start with 4k in flower and see how the heat, humidity and plant spacing works and expand from there. Too much too soon and those girls will be burned before you have a chance to smoke them. Also a good mini split with dual zones and control in each zone is a must for this setup.

No doubt! I actually won't be vegging in this room at all only flower. I have a 40x40 grow tent and walk in closet for veg. What do you mean by mini split with dual zones??

Riak you will no doubt want to keep your grow cool so do a little research on mini split air conditioning portable ac probably wont cut it with how big you want to go.

If you have good ventilation....run as many watts as you want. These people saying it's going to be to hot don't understand that if you have the money for 10k watts of light you have money for proper ventilation. Enough Said.
