I've never used a HPS I'm just using some CFLs (It's only my first grow), but I'd say a chain with links on the end so you could lower and higher the HPS
I plead for your help

yea me neither if u ckeck my sig you'll see i was the guy using 700 watts of cfls 22 bulbs buut this is def not my first grow

You can pick up a pack of these at walmart or they should be right next tto your chains at home depot

yea i saw you were using CFLs i was going to ask you how you liked them? I average about 2 inchs every 24 hours, so they are working pretty well for me

Cfls are fuckin awesome dude without a doubt...cfl growing involves a shitload of extra attention it really prepares you for hid growing..I'm puttin this thing together as we speak I'll put up pics later
