I have this long standing argument with a friend of mine, he believes keeping your bud in the freezer keeps it fresher , my problem is i know that he's wrong but i dont really know exactly why......
have you ever heard of freeze dried? i have always done that inside vaccum sealed bags. especially when i bought in bulk to save from trying to get it and waiting for it. but 6 months in the freezer dries it out. some people will say that it knocks off the trichs but i dont know.
now i keep everything in airtight jars in cool place in the dark. and try not to open that often. i also have a nug jar that holds an ounce, so i put in enough for a week and just use out of that.
go back to your friend and say, dude, i am sorry i have been wrong the whole time. sorry dude, he has ya on this one. only possible way to store it better would to be put on dry ice. everything known to man remains fresher the cooler the temps. its a physics thing.

Or a physics thing, the molocules vibrate at a slower speed when colder inhibiting reactions with othr molecules. But then again maybe its more of a checmistry thing.
i was thinking more on the lines of slowing the molecules down is a physics thing but after the last 2 posts i am now convinced it is a chemical/physics combination. or maybe its just a dam cold thing? could be
