I need help

This is my first grow! I need all the help i can get. This plant is a random bag seed. take a look and let me know what you all think i should do differently if anything. the plant is about 9 inches tall and been vegin for two months under 24 hours light ( about 400 watts). soil ph is 7.4

looks kind of small to me.. can you post a side angle pic so we can get a better view?

you usually want to wait till the plant is about 12 inches tall before putting it into flowering. :leaf:
 
I agree, just a bit short. I vegged my plants under flourecents and they were much taller after two months, maybe just the difference in the strain, how big is the pot, and do you have a fan on them? Are they getting Co2? :leaf:
 
7+ is too high for PH, also it looks a little stretched.. i say lower lights and get the PH to around 6.5. are you feeding yet? and what kind lights??
 
This one is about 8 weeks under 1-100wcfl. with a little side light form the 80w. the 4' tube is not on or even pluged in.

Yea bro with flourescents you need to have them so they are about touching the plants, you have them just a bit shorter than i have my HPS from my plants now :)

The 3 gallon pots should be fine for now, i xferred mine from a 3 gallon to a 5 gallon at 2 months and it needed it bad, might wants to check your roots to see if they are good, should have plenty of room though.
Lower them and watch them Grow! :leaf:
 
the lights are tubes in a shop light ballast. would i be better off getting hps or mh? and how many watts for a 3' x 2 1/2' closet space?
