I'm from North Carolina and I'm wanting some seeds from herbies I'm scared shitless if they catch it I'll be going to jail! I'm not worried about growing just getting them into the USA! Has anyone ordered from them in North Carolina or a state that's close? I have my debit card info typed in all I have to do is hit confirm! I'm shitting bricks people! What's the worst case scenario?

If you're afraid to order seeds you should be scared to death to grow. Nobody goes to jail for a few seeds. Best to not order them to same place you gonna grow tho.

If customs finds the seeds all they will do is remove them from their packaging and replace them with a note saying they confiscated illegal materials and don't don't again. But that's it. No worries.

Depending on who you want to believe, law enforcement inquiries based on se-eds confiscated by customs are either non-existent or exceptionally rare.

Not all, but most bean orders do make it through customs. I'm not in/from NC, but I can tell you from someone I know that grows there that bean orders do arrive there.

The overwhelming majority of the time (ie 99%+) that customs locates beans they either confiscate them and leave a note indicating that contraband was seized, or they confiscate them and don't leave such a note. They're busy and much more interested in locating actual drugs (like keys of coke) and/weapons than just a few hemp se-eds.

If you want max safety, as already mentioned, just arrange for them to arrive at a place other than where your grow is. That way, nobody going to the arrival address looking for a grow operation will be able to locate one.

Again, as already mentioned, the biggest real risk to you is that you get caught growing, or with any significant quantity of actual weed, not that you get caught with ceeds.

I'd be very concerned with having a cannabis plant "out in the open" in NC.
Should that plant make it to maturity it could easily exceed several O's.

I'd be a lot more concerned about the plant in my back yard than about ordering seeds. I will say though, if I lived in the States my game would be significantly different. I'd never order seeds online in my name to my house or even close to it. I'd probably be willing to make the drive/flight to California or Colorado in search of seeds.

I was in the same boat, filled with paranoia about ordering. I just hit the order button, both at herbies and sea of seeds the same night. About 10 days later 2 regular small packages were in my mail box. The first order is the hard one, I am actually shopping herbies pic and mix site now for a few more strains. Not worried a bit about ordering anymore.

You might want to look at some of threads about a product called tiresias mist or colloidal silver. You can actually get dozens and dozens of feminized seeds off your female plants, including autoflowers. A bottle of the spray is about $30.00, much cheaper than ordering beans. That's the route I'm taking once I find my favorite strain.

Anyway, great news. You're going to be so stoked when they arrive!

I have heard feminized are not nearly as high quality as regulars. I may be wrong though.

What you heard was incorrect.
Fem seeds are every bit as potent (potentially) as reg seeds, they are just manipulated to "be" Fem by the breeder.
