i see a flame on bottom and a seed with a sprout for RIU srry dnt see the resemblance now if this was a .......natyral gas forum sure but this site is to far away from what that logo stands for IMO

In the second illustration (not the actual deck) the proportions, ellipse eyes, smile with curves at either end, gloved hands and round feet are inarguably and inexplicably similar.
However if I had only seen the deck I would have said 'it's a simple design with generic cartoon features; it's just a coincidence.'
