I have a problem

I have a problem, not necessarily a bad problem to have.
My plants are huge. I've already got several levels of trellises through the plants but the tops and sides have grown enormous. Some of these girls are 10 foot+, I think one is pushing 14 feet.
I can't belive how big they have gotten, I haven't watered them or fed them a single time. We've had good rain and my chickens shit in the area so I'm guessing that's good fertilizer.
Any ideas here? I don't want what looks to be an amazing harvest fall apart with broken branches.
I've thinned them out below chest level but they've just gotten so big I can't get in to work on them anymore.20210812_142502.jpg

What I do is take 4 six foot T posts and put them around the plant. I then take 4 ten foot pieces of inch and a half electrical conduit and put them over the T posts. They should slide right over them and be fairly snug. Then I take gardener's tape and go around the perimeter, placing tape where the plants need the most support. It's a fair amount of work but it will keep even fairly strong winds from snapping the branches. Easy to disassemble at the end of the year, and reusable year after year!

Yea I just finished running vertical trellis from about 8 foot to the ground.
You can't see it but there are several levels of trellis running across the plants up to about 8 feet. I just can't reach the tops anymore.
Funny I also use electrical conduit. I embed them into cinder blocks filled with concrete...you can see them sticking up around the perimeter and the middle, then I secure the trellis to those.
This is my 3rd outdoor run and I've never seen them get this big. I do have an amnesia haze which is the tallest I estimate 14 feet lol
