but, now he keeps moving his head in circles, then he goes lay down...I mean he is a chill dog to begin with, but like usually when I call he comes running, but after the cookies I called and called and looked and looked, and he was asleep under a shirt on the couch, and now if I wake him u,p he like can't wake up at the moment so his little head does that baby jelly neck thing, and then he slinks back down into a very peaceful looking sleep...he looks fine, albeit very very relaxed...so here is the question, I know that pot won't kill people, but it isn't going to kill my tiny dog is it?

No. Your dog will be fine, I promise. S/he may have the wobbles for a little while, but it's just as non-toxic to them as it is us. Give he/r a few hours, and all will be fine.

I wouldn't take any chances since he is so tiny. It might suppress his breathing. I would give him some 3% peroxide and make him puke. He will probably be fine regardless, but it would scare the shit out of me if it were my little dog.

PS, mine did the same head-circling thing after she begged and begged for some cannabutter I had out. Normally she doesn't beg for such treats, but I went ahead and gave her some chill butter and it was her first. My dog whined a few times like maybe she was uncomfortable with the effects. Rest easy, 420 has never killed ANYTHING.

You can give your dog a few tsp' of peroxide if you're really worried, but be warned: I have given mine peroxide after she ate some raw chili piquins and all the fuzzy fizzy in her tummy made her appear VERY uncomfortable (she bloated up hard!) and she had to vomit about 4-5 times before all the fizzles had exited her tummy. After the peroxide, she wouldnt eat for the rest of the day. Relax. Your pup will be a-ok. She'll just be wobbly and sleepy.

Mine eat it all the time, but not in such large amounts. I would definitely keep a close eye on him. I would rather be safe than sorry. Of course I make very strong cookies.

I have a pitbull that ate a BATCH (12-13) cookies made with 3 OZ of herbs...... He was catatonic for about 15 hours, he shook like a leaf, ran a fever and when i touched him he would seize up a bit...... it wasnt fun.

In the end though, he threw up twice and i 24 hours was 100% fine. I just gave him water and petted his head when he shook and he pulled through.
Unless your dog ate more than that he/she will be fine.

Missnu, another thing ppl fail to take into consideration with little dogs is their metabolism kinda resembles that of a cracked out coke whore. The THC is already in his gut, its too late for peroxide if he's already affected. The peroxide WILL bloat him and then he WILL be in pain till he vomits it the foam up. 2-3 hours tops, he'll be back at it like nothing happened.. Rest easy, your pup will be fine in a few.

From my exp with dogs (the fat little pig <--- here ) has eaten and been given her fair share of edibles
1st time it happened was pure accident... eating a brownie part of it fell she swiped in (she is a fast piggy) had no time to react
She suffers from a skin condition and after vet after vet pill after pill I noticed she was very mellow after I was able to dose her (usually about .25 ml of canna oil for my 15 lb chihhihihahahua ) this is not a daily dose just as needed

When a dog has OD'd on pot (over dose in pots case means OVER the dose they normally take which causes a BAD reaction... )
1. IT WONT KILL THEM...
2. You (if you love the animal will feel like utter and total crap for it happening) sure there might be portions of it humorous but the dogs are not able to enjoy it like we do (we have built in THC receptors for THC weird huh?)
3. they may puke this is good gets it out of their stomach
4. they will be very out of it (swaying heads-even a ton of energy in the initial stages but mainly they look pitiful) comfort the dog keep them in a dark quiet area no kids or noise or distractions
5. water but only while you are near them (drownings can happen... if they are too out of it to even stand (common effect)
6. as tempted as you might be dont flash your fingers in front of them and ask the dog are you high while smiling..... my dog has never answered dont expect yours too

This is what you do to make a dog throw up I agree but he is sadated and could drown on the vomit. Dont do this take him to the damm vet like right now.

Well I forgot to update..but there was no puking..he just slept hard and woke the next day looking very refreshed..he never seemed uncomfortable...just so very very tired...The cookies don't do crap to me so I give them to our big dog, but I never meant for Gizmo to get any..he is too little a fella...lol. Hilarious though...I just wanted to make sure that while he was snoozing he wasn't going to get so high he drifted into puppy heaven...lol...
And he didn't...I kinda felt like everything would be alright...and it was.
