Lmao thats more than my rent, electric, cable, and trash combined fuck that shit.
Shit, my second house was $360 a month for the mortgage. The Inflation Calculator says its worth $510 now.

LOL that health care plan costs more than a house.

I wasn't going to take the time to post this, but it seems timely and relevant. We just renewed our coverage with Blue Cross/Blue Shield for State Farm employees (my wife). Family of four, no questions were asked about our habits, weight or lifestyle...ever.

Plan 3E with Health Reimbursement Account (HRA)

Monthly Premium - $228.38

Deductibles - Individual = $2000
Family = $5,000

HRA Account = $2,000

Coinsurance = 10%

Coinsurance Maximum = $5,000

Total Out-of-Pocket Expense Limit = $10,000

So we pay about $2700/yr in premiums and have an account with $2000 in it from Day 1. There were plans with lower deductibles, but the premiums were higher and I'd rather not pay it if I don't end up needing it. Also, any unused funds in the HRA account are rolled over year to year, up to $20,000.

We pay more than that but our deductible is almost nothing
We got the HRA which is funded by the employer and a FSA

Want an example of how good our insurance is?

Yesterday I ordered my Ray ban Eyeglasses with Transition vantage lenses hard coating and Anti reflective
915.00
Our cost = 0

Solid. I didn't go into the Vision and Dental which are included and spectacular as well. Two cleanings/check ups a year for the dental at no cost and annual eye exams with new glasses available every two years. My son gets Nike glasses with all the upgrades and it usually puts us about $120 out of pocket.

Our dental insurance is good. But everytime I have used it the dentist bills me.

They call the insurance and the insurance says what they will pay. Then before the procedure, we pay the dentist the difference. Without fail. The dentist sends us another bill for what the insurance didnt cover. Even after it was settled what our part would be before the procedure was started.

I think the dentists around here are crooks

The "one behind the ear" plan.
Wet behind the ears? I agree with that.

Oh, maybe you mean the 9 oz solution as they call it, in Russia.

Or as the Mafia might say, "Anyone that votes for that Union Boss, has a hole in their head, here, here and here. (all behind the ear)

I can see why your neighbors want you to paint that thing.
Good Luck with the sale, I hope you get more than $5.
I remember Cheezy admitting the city code enforcement made him paint his house because his neighbors were complaning.
Instead of getting it done right away, the fool goes Harley shopping.
Only Cheezy or UnckleBuck would be stupid enough to post a real pic of their home on a message board.

You know in Australia, we have a limited constitution, but at no time can the government "make you" paint your house. Land of the free indeed...

Totally, because zombie video games are a WMD of the mind and will turn you into Martin Bryant if government didn't ban them for your own good.

don't even start on martin Bryant - no military experience, goes out in the heat of the moment pulls off 20 kills, with 19 bullets in 40 seconds... Yep a video game taught him that, even taught him how to control his breathing and in turn his heart rate.
