How do you like the glue? Some people says it's really good. Others say is just meh.
It is very good, but some people may not like it as their preference. It's definitely not a haze type of strain. But all in all its potent, huge yield, really strong smell, the bag appeal is top notch and the taste isn't too bad at all

Figured I'd post up this info. It was very well respected posts coming from the gg crew, the creator, the man who popped the first seed and the man that won the cup with the gg4.
Very happy to have all 3 confirm the cut and say it's nice looking bud :) so now anyone curious about identifying their glue, you can now compare it to my pictures in this thread if needed. But like I said, different gardens can sometimes look different.

9 full weeks - I'll be harvesting tomorrow or Wednesday. They've plumped up a bit with the extra week of flower. Smell is a little different. The "flush" , or my version of it, included 600 ppm of nutrient solution. They immediately faded and turned completely yellow within a week, so they were definitely still hungry, so next time I'm feeding a little bit longer with a higher ppm.

Here's the glue sog at 2 weeks. Still no idea what to think. They are super pinner but the roots are good now. Decided to keep them instead of throwing them out. Flooding 3x a day. They've started budding but still have a week of stretch (i hope) to fill in. 900ppm feed of maxigrow and bloom.

That sog should kick ass. Do you have a 600/1000 watter under your sog? Once you chop inthe next couple of days do you have your vegged gg4 ready to go into flower? Gg4 is looking really good. Good job man.

Thanks bro. There's a 1000w over the sog, no glass and no air cooling. I really hope they fill in a bit more, the side branching is decent but they just need a few more inches to get to the net.

I have some more vegging but not quite ready to replace the ones I'm going to chop tomorrow, I think they need about 2 more weeks or so, maybe 3. I was set back and didn't get cuts in time so the rotation got a little behind. Most of the plants are doing well but a few are not doing that good. I'm hoping to do 14-16, 16 preferably, so I can max out the yield this next round and get a fuller canopy. There was a lot of unused space this grow that could have been filled but I didn't have enough plants :(

Looks really good man. I always loved the ebb an flow style, but I've Been staying away from the hydroton/hydroponic world lately. Although I will admit, my strongest harvests were in the ebb an flow. Now I'm just running coco it's manageable with my schedule. You plan on running any other strains or just the gg?

Thanks man! I love ebb and flow (except during power outage lol)

There is a kushberry, a purple OG 18 and a sour power OG x chem91 running along with the glue about to be harvested. I also have a batch of gdp and 1 mendo breath about 3 weeks into flower in some ebb buckets.

Nice little batch you got going. I wasn't ever a fan of the og 18 though I had a seed of it, the flowers are cool but not a true og in terms of performance an smell. The harvests were small too. I love purples though I'll eat that shit up all day long haha.

Those are the 2 gallons buckets? Looks small that's why I ask. I had the 2 gal system too. But I just stepped it up to 5 to try to get the most out of root space / yield.

Thanks man, yeah the purple OG 18 didn't turn purple and the smell is very faint but does have an OG lemon type smell. The flowers are wicked foxtaily though. Yield seems to be OK with this pheno but it wasn't a keeper for my garden, it's actually the first run I had with it and still need to smoke it to see what's up with it, but I gifted the cut to someone in case I want it back sometime. These are the 2 gallon buckets, I like them a lot because I like to do more smaller plants that less bigger plants because my ceiling height is low. I actually only use 1 gal fabric pots in those buckets, I just veg in the pots on a flood tray and then when they are ready I drop them in the buckets. I do like more root space but I figure if people are growing 6' plants in a 6" rw block, 1 gallon should be plenty for smaller size plants :)

Here's something for reference using the 2 gallon ebb buckets but with no medium, I just used 3.75" net pots on top of the bucket using a net pot lid. The roots just hang into the bucket and I flood every hour or so. Worked Hella good. I think 9 plants per light with these buckets is the winning ticket. Kinda hard to see the net pots, but it's in the 2nd picture you can see them.

He'll yeah dude looks great. I'm thinking of running a thread to show off some goodies, but I'm still skeptical about hopping back into it. Trying to stay a little low key haha.

Thank man, and I hear ya about keeping things low key, back when I was on the east coast I had to do the same but thankfully I moved to the west coast so I can let some of the paranoia fade away lol

Hey thanks gen :) hope all is well with you

I didn't have any in coco, but I had 1 in a soil mix being fed organics and synthetics. It yielded less by the looks of things, not sure how much less though, there was a lot less bud to leaf ratio compared to the hydro much more leaves for sure on the hydro plants... but it appears I got a little bit more frost possibly. Smells the same. The leaves stayed green all the way through which was great and for some reason it was way easier to deleaf the plant compared to the hydro plants. The leaves just kind of snapped off rather then breaking off and taking a chunk of the main stem with it like my hydro plants do. That was pretty awesome because it sped up the time it took to deleaf :p

It was about 63 days into flower and was harvested at day 65. The last 3 weeks is when it really started filling in, the first 5 weeks or so it didn't look like it was going to turn out very good, very loose and not much bud, but then BAM she goes into over drive. Thank you :)

Here she is at harvest day

Looks like it might od had too much nitrogen threw out flower period. I'm assuming that's why it looks like a whole lot of foxtailing. I've noticed that with more nitro in the last 3 4 weeks is what tends to cause more foxtail an looses density. But to be honest I think if it's done right it can be your friend an benefit you more. I love it when my blue dream does that, cause I can expect an extra 1/4 p per light cause it'll explode an give me extra weight. An stack on.
