hydro shop

yea hey everyone, lol this may be a dumb question but I have a hydro shop near me and my mate went there. he told me that he asks about what ure trying to use the light for and what plants you have. if you said yea im just growing some weed, would he let you buy lights?Im probs gonna buy either a 250watt hps or a 400 depends how big they are. So anyway what do you ppl all say when he asks??

lol have you never heard of lying? Just say tomatoes or something. Any GOOD hydro shop though will never ask the specific plant you're growing because they already know and it's better left unsaid.

yeah. just lie about it. tell them its a gift for a friend in california or something.

lol well guys thisa is a pretty good hyrdo shop and they full check all this shit but i guess ill try tomatoes. Who would believe that? lol oh well, na ill say its for a frog tank, even better.

dont say anything at all, they usually dont ask or even want to ask. trust me they know the majority of the clientel grow pot, but to keep it legal they never want to ask. Go and buy your things and dont worry.

The guys that own hydro shops know full well that most of their customers are growing weed.
They are not going to give you the third degree about your intentions coz they know they will lose their income.
My hydro guy totally amazed me when he told me I should grow some White Rhino.

Some of these hydro store owners will throw you out if you say you are using it for weed.

I have been to 5 different hydro stores and every single one of them asked what I was going to be growing. It is either them being polite cause they want to help you out, OR they have a deal with the police to weed out the assholes who actually admit they are growing weed.

Just look 'em right in the eyes and say tomatoes and peppers. If you are a real good bullshitter like me you can go one step further and tell 'em you're a vegetarian and you always wanted to grow your own meals

Never tell them you're gonna grow weed. No matter how friendly they get. Cause these fuckers want to get friendly. They need your $$$$$$.

Remember the rules of the growing game. Trust NO ONE.

Reptile cage...WTF...havn't you been listening! You need to tell him you are going to grow veg...and you aren't sure what yet. Trust me, you'll have questions and need help buying stuff down the line, and if you have told him reptiles he won't give potential good advice cause you're raising frogs. lol...

I told the lady at the hydro store I was buying from that the stuff was for weed specifically when we started talking about nutrients. She didn't seem to care at all and honestly I paid cash never got a receipt and she seemed to just write my purchases in a notebook. Something tells me they are running their business as shady as I am running my home if not more so! My advice though is don't tell them it is for weed, but heck man don't come up with a lame lie like it is for your reptile tank. Use the vegetarian one above or say you are a botany / horticulture student and will be growing many different species of plants and vegetables!

tomato [plants are very similar to marijuana in the ways they grow/ nutes and stuff they need. so go with good ole 'mato's...or tell them to fuck off.
