Here's a great way to dry (the sevens method):
-70 degrees F
-70% RH
-7 days of hanging dry
The obvious key here is a providing good amount of air circulation. I have a powerful 20'' fan in my small drying closet that is set to turn on low every fifteen minutes for five minutes. It's aimed towards the back wall of the closet so that no direct air is hitting the buds. During the first couple of days I'll also keep the closet door cracked open. Then after jarring, the humidity should settle down to and hold at or near 60%. If it does, then the curing stage begins.
