Humidity during drying.

Here's a great way to dry (the sevens method):

-70 degrees F
-70% RH
-7 days of hanging dry

The obvious key here is a providing good amount of air circulation. I have a powerful 20'' fan in my small drying closet that is set to turn on low every fifteen minutes for five minutes. It's aimed towards the back wall of the closet so that no direct air is hitting the buds. During the first couple of days I'll also keep the closet door cracked open. Then after jarring, the humidity should settle down to and hold at or near 60%. If it does, then the curing stage begins. :weed:

Alright, so I'm back in the room now. Humidity down to 56 again. Humidity inside jar with buds are reading 75. I know this can't be right, or some other factor is coming into play. The buds are pretty crisp, but what little stems they have don't snap. Should the humidity go down after the buds rehydrate? Maybe they really do need to dry out a little bit more. I don't know any suggestions, or anything. Will let you know if I get it down pat.
