Temperature - Day 70-85f Night 60+
Humidity - 40-60% blooom, 60-70 veg growth

Cheap and easy Co2

Use 5 or 6 cups of sugar in a 1 gallon container,
make sure the container has a fitted lid.
Add half a gallon of water to the sugar along with a couple of tablespoons of active yeast.
Poke a small, pencil-like hole in the lid and place it on top of the container.

As often as possible shake the container to blend the mixture thoroughly.
In one or two days the yeast will grow and co2 will be a by-product in the container.
Now, every time you shake it a burst of co2 will be released into the grow room.
Also it will continue to be released through the hole in the lid while you are away.
You'll have to change the mixture once every 2-3

Soil, peat free, perlite and gravel

50% soil 35% perlite 15% gravel

Soil and soilless mixes should aim for pH of 6.
Hydro growers should go slightly lower which
helps prevent pythium and other root rots--
5.5 to 5.7 is ideal

my own notes :D look afetr em

you should thread it for the masses, i also read a small oil lamp will work, but yours sounds safer.

Dude, super cool tip! I was wondering what I was going to do for Co2 and came across this!

You'll have to change the mixture once every 2-3

Once every 2-3 days or weeks?

/GrimReefa FTW!

I use a coke bottle w/ the top third cut off, 3 cups sugar 2 envelopes 'active dry yeast' available at local supermarket hot water, I'm growing in unused basement closet with blanket across doorway to hold in c02 i change it about every 3 weeks. so for $5 every time my 4 ladies get c02 ( i use 3 bottles at once in a 3x4x8' high space) am in 22nd day of flowering

If you have a beer making supply store by you they will have 'Brewers yeast', work longer than the one you get at the grocery store. VV

Hey Grim some of the best ideas were forgonten in the past and are just now, being re thought, just to find it already existed, my thought u gave credit were credit was due.... you should repost in a thread....if not just for the newbies they need it.....DBB:)
