I acquired a pack of humboldt hella jelly. How's the germination rate for Humboldt seeds in general for you guys? From your experience have the majority of the seeds been viable?
Like is 10 out 10 popping hoping for too much? Are there typically a few per pack that don't germinate?

I've done humboldt sour D. Then ending buds were fudged up by fusarium though. But growing the plant itself was just fine. The branches/leaves has a strong skunk, diesel smell from the beginning. Long before flowering it stinks so expect that. Big , vigorous. Heavy feeder. Mine had fatter indica dominant looking leaves. Like I said the buds didn't swell to their full potential cause the sickness. So it yielded popcorn only.

I honestly lost track of what week of flower I’m on, but here is my OG Kush from HSC so far. I usually don’t even keep track of flowering weeks, I’m always looking at the trichomes to know when it’s ready. I would prob say she needs another 2-3 weeks. Let her fatten up and allow the trichomes some time to mature.
This will be the last week I feed her, dry nutes or liquid nutes. Been messing a lot with making my own KNF or other types fermented juices. Last watering fed her some kelp, worm castings, my (flowering juice), and some molasses.
My flowering juice was made with a good size portion of fruit scraps, consisting of papaya, strawberry, tomato, squash, kiwi, and lime. I let it ferment with distilled water and brown sugar for months in a mason jar. Smells really good, like a fruity acidic kombucha. Gonna experiment with more and prob share some recipes if I like my results.

She clones well too. Cloned with a make shift mason jar and air bubbler combo. It was a DIY hydro cloner. Fun project but not efficient.
Now she’s growing in a solo cup with some soil. If the weed is aight, I’ll throw the clone in the green house. Got many more beans to sift through for the indoor.

I’ve had better germ rates with HSC than with other company’s. Barney Farms, fail! Gonna give them another try tho, have some beans in the library. Humboldt Seed Co. hasn’t failed me yet. Gonna pop Garlic Budder and Hella Jelly soon.

I’ve popped around 10 seeds from five different strains and they were all good and healthy.
Both phenos I got of Hella Jelly are a pretty potent high. Good stuff. So smooth I can’t tell if I’m getting a hit until I blow out a giant plume of thick skunky smoke. My phenos are not sweet, but one of them has a very nice old school vibrant skunkyness to it. Can’t get over how smooth the smoke is though.

You're gonna love the Apple Blossom, it's a big, strong, un-finnicky one with good yields. I like the smell too, despite the name I didn't find it super fruity, more like a flowery, perfumey, honey, nectar kinda smell, the closest fruit would be more like apricot or a peach than apple imo. Flowered decently quickly and I give it some bonus points for being unrelated to cookies

Garlic budder in my experience. Not a fast flowerer but it's straight out of the GMO/chem cookies family with a dopey, sedative in-da-couch smoke. Chunky buds with a spicy garlicky chem smell.

That’s the one I’m super excited about. Gonna plant one indoor and one in my green house. Hoping to take that strain to this years DGC in Colorado
